As the transaction volume and number of users in the Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana ecosystems continue to grow, each mainstream blockchain network is facing problems of congestion and high transaction fees. To solve these problems, Layer2 scaling solutions have become a highly anticipated solution. Among them, zero-knowledge proof, as a Layer 2 solution, has great potential.

Xunicorn Finance is a decentralized cross-rollup bridge with smart contracts only on the destination side. Xunicorn supports Ethereum and EVM-compatible networks such as OP and Arbitrum, as well as non-EVM networks such as Solana.

In Xunicorn Finance, there are two roles: sender and maker. When a sender initiates a transfer, the manufacturer provides it with liquidity. Smart contracts ensure the security of this process. If Maker’s bad behavior causes the transfer to fail, Sender can use Maker’s deposit to initiate an arbitration request to the contract and obtain excess compensation.
